Coaching for Student-Athletes

Being a student-athlete requires dedication, discipline, and sacrifice. Some days, it may not feel worth it. But if you know why you’re a student-athlete in the first place, why that path is right for you, you’re better able to work through challenging times.

When we’re overwhelmed, that why can be hard to find. We lose track of what matters to us; we begin to crave change in any form. Sometimes, change is truly necessary. Sometimes, change is a cop-out. So, how do you tell the difference?

Coaching slows things down so you can get a better look at your life. You learn to identify which parts are crucial, inspiring, harmful, and/or in the way. You can then revise how you use your time and energy, making sure that your days are driven by what’s important to you.
