I work with student-athletes who are:
struggling with time management
feeling burned out
unsure if they want to be a college athlete
falling behind academically
seeking more non-sport experiences
I also work with parents who are:
feeling imbalanced and/or out of whack
searching for fulfillment outside of family
ready to make a big change
how does coaching work?
Coaching means taking a long, honest look at your life. When are you most fulfilled? Least fulfilled? We identify the choices you’re making that lead to those moments, and then we explore ways you can make conscious changes.
You discover things you want to hold onto, things you want to reach for, and things you want to let go.
coaching helps with:
Prioritizing how you spend your time and energy
Developing routines that honor what matters to you
Making difficult decisions
Unlocking your own resourcefulness and inner strength
Living an authentic, fulfilling life
WHO IS COACHING FOR?
There's a misconception that coaching is for unhappy people whose lives are in disarray. While it's true that such people would benefit from coaching, coaching more commonly supports people who just aren’t content with the status quo. It’s an effective process for anyone seeking to grow and enhance their life.
At Inner Bridge, the focus is on both student-athletes and parents who need support balancing all of the demands on their time, but I also support people of all ages on a wide range of topics. As long as you are willing to invest creatively and emotionally in the work, I'd love to connect.
“One’s destination is never a place but rather a new way of looking at things.”
A lack of choice leads to grasping for something that we don’t really care about, simply because we want a moment of control. What’s tricky is acknowledging that, in many cases, we have already chosen.
